Castle Attack

Summary

Inspiration for this scenario was taken from the castle scenario card made by GDW for Twilight:2000

Units

Setup

The Marauders are holed up in a castle in the center of the board. Most of the action will go on inside so don't make it too small. The castle is on a small hill surrounded by tall grass and low bushes. The nearest tree clump is 50m away from the castle.

The Marauders may set 4 figures on the walls of the castle as sentries. The rest will be inside relaxing and may activate only when an alarm has been given.

The attackers will approach at night, which will give them some cover. The attackers may start no closer than 20" to the castle walls.

Goals

The attackers are trying to kill the marauder leader and the marauders are just trying to kill or drive off the attackers.

Special Rules

Spotting rules apply while the attackers are approaching the castle. The sentries must roll a quality die shifted down 1 verses an attacking figure to "spot" the figure and activate. He must use one action to "sound the alarm." Once the alarm has been sounded all characters that have a LOS to each other are considered "spotted."
